Tamara is Nexa’s Corporate Services Manager, overseeing a team of paraprofessionals within the Corporate & Securities practice groups. She provides guidance, promotes professional development within her team and manages the firm’s corporate database.

Tamara supports Nexa’s lawyers on a wide range of corporate and business transactions, from corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, private placements and more. She drafts senior level corporate documentation with a strong focus on efficiency, organization and practical outcomes.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys travelling, crafting and playing “old school” video games from her childhood.
