Jisu’s practice focuses on real estate law and estate planning and administration. She advises clients on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, commercial leasing, multi-family residential real estate developments, as well as lending and borrowing in financing transactions. Jisu also assists clients with estate planning and administration, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements.

Jisu finds great joy in offering solutions and solving complex legal issues for clients.

Jisu obtained her J.D. from University of Victoria. During her studies, she was avidly involved with the Law Student Society and worked as a Teaching Assistant in first year Property Law course and Legal Research and Writing course. Jisu was an associate at Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick LLP prior to the formation of Nexa. She also completed her articles at a full service international law firm in downtown Vancouver.

In her spare time, she loves to golf, play tennis, spend time in the outdoors and travel.
