Fraser Hartley* is a founding partner of Nexa.

Fraser is a business lawyer that represents clients on a range corporate matters, including M&A, capital raising and restructurings, as well as providing strategic advice on commercial and legal issues.  He acts for founders and entrepreneurs, financial investors and publicly listed companies.

Fraser takes a pragmatic and collaborative approach to problem solving and aims to have a deep understanding of clients and their businesses to provide effective and creative advice.

Prior to Nexa, Fraser worked at an international law firm in New York before returning home to Vancouver where he was a partner at a Vancouver law firm.

Outside of the office, Fraser enjoys trying to keep up with his three kids on the ski hill and is involved in coaching youth sports.
