Alex is a corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, advising clients through every stage of complex transactions across a variety of industries. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Alex provides strategic counsel on a broad range of corporate matters, including incorporations, shareholders’ agreements, corporate reorganizations, and governance issues. Known for practical advice and clear communication, Alex works closely with business owners, executives, and investors to help them navigate legal complexities and achieve their goals.

With a genuine interest in all facets of business, Alex takes a hands on, strategic approach including serving as a long term partner in clients’ growth. She acts as a corporate secretary and regularly attends board meetings to provide practical, business minded legal guidance that supports sound decision making and long term success.

Before joining Nexa, Alex practiced at a large downtown regional firm. 

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys golfing and paddle boarding with her family, friends and water loving corgi.
