Michael Lipton* is a founding partner of Nexa Legal.  He practices in the areas of corporate law and real estate. He advises clients with respect to incorporations, business acquisitions, commercial leasing, real estate transactions and lending and other corporate matters. Michael has acted for national and regional financial institutions, multi-family residential real estate developers, private lenders and strata corporations. He prides himself on providing comprehensive legal advice to small businesses and individuals on a variety of corporate and real estate matters. Michael also has experience assisting clients with estate planning and administration.

Michael began his career in Edmonton before he moved to Vancouver and became a partner at Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick LLP. in 2016.

Michael is a board member of several societies in the Lower Mainland, including serving on the executive of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Society.   In his spare time, he is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
