Riley Lalonde* is a founding partner of Nexa. He collaborates with clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

In addition to providing strategic advisory services, Riley works diligently with his clients to assist them with mergers and acquisitions, secured lending, corporate structuring, joint ventures and other complex commercial transactions. He has experience working with both Canadian and international clients across a range of industries, including real estate, natural resources, professional services, manufacturing, lending, and healthcare.

Riley also advises governments of Indigenous nations and their economic development groups on commercial matters, including economic development initiatives, collaboration and partnership arrangements, business structuring and governance.
